Ericko has extensive experience in residential property management and as a marketing specialist. He has been in the real estate industry for almost a decade. His involvement in project marketing and rental management has refined his expertise and benefited clients. Ericko is responsible for the direct oversight and day-to-day management of the company’s entire portfolio. His ability to build and foster strategic partnerships has also contributed to the company’s direction and growth. Ericko enjoys traveling, eating delicious food, and keeping active through basketball and exercise.
Sharon Kelly, M.A (she/her)
Managing Broker/Rental Property Management
Sharon has over 30 years experience in property management. She previously taught property management at Langara College and has written curriculum for Sauder UBC. She currently tutors both residential and commercial property management business courses. Sharon is also an experienced dispute resolution practitioner, both as a mediator and arbitrator and she volunteers for Restorative Justice Cowichan.
Julie Yang, B.A (she/her)
Property Corporate Accountant
Julie has many years experience as a senior accountant in both rental and strata, including multi-residential. She speaks English/ Mandarin and is always willing to help our clientele. She likes hiking and swimming in her spare time.
Ronnie Chi, B.Sc (he/his/him)
Rental Property Management
Ronnie has extensive experience in residential property management. Prior to joining the Team, Ronnie worked in commodity trading and spent 2 years living in Asia. He speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin and is learning Vietnamese. In his free time, Ronnie enjoys golfing, cooking and reading.

Property Coordinator
Ifran is part of our leasing team, guiding prospective tenants through property viewings. He supports daily operations and serves as a central point of contact between tenants and landlords, ensuring communication runs smoothly. Before settling in Canada, Ifran lived in Bangladesh and is fluent in Bengali, English, Hindi, and Urdu. Outside of work, he enjoys paddleboarding, social media content creation, and exploring new restaurants.

Before transitioning into property management, Aran gained valuable hands-on experience in property maintenance. He is responsible for organising key aspects of the daily workload, ensuring that all parties are updated promptly and that operations run efficiently. In his free time, Aran enjoys running and watching movies.
Maureen Palomares Tiamsim, B.Sc (she/her)
Accounting Assistant
Maureen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Accounting from Far Eastern University in Manila. She built a strong foundation working with government services for 10 years as an Accounting Officer. Currently, Maureen is our Accounting Assistant, where she provides accurate financial data and support to help both clients and the team make informed financial decisions. She speaks both Filipino and English, making her effective in communicating with different audiences. Outside of work, Maureen loves spending time with her family and enjoys cooking and discovering new favorite dishes.

Aye Alarios is an accomplished administrative professional with many years of experience providing comprehensive support to various teams and executives. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Aye has played a pivotal role in streamlining administrative processes and ensuring efficient office operations. Outside of her professional endeavors, Aye enjoys cooking and baking. She also loves spending time walking with her beloved pets, finding tranquility in their companionship, whether exploring nature trails or strolling through the neighborhood.
