Ericko has extensive experience in residential property management and as a marketing specialist. He has been in the real estate industry for almost a decade. His involvement in project marketing and rental management has refined his expertise and benefited clients. Ericko is responsible for the direct oversight and day-to-day management of the company’s entire portfolio. His ability to build and foster strategic partnerships has also contributed to the company’s direction and growth. Ericko also owned an e-commerce business and his personal goal is to travel to 40 countries before the age of 40.

A strategic think-tank and marketing ambassador in the project marketing industry, Andrew Wu is one of the industry’s leading marketer and is known for his company, CORE Creative. Andrew has fostered his creative prowess by successfully engineering integrated marketing solutions for the industry’s leading real estate developers and their respective real estate projects. His experiences allow him to brand and market each project through unique and successful campaigns.
Sharon Kelly, M.A (she/her)
Managing Broker/Rental Property Management
Sharon has over 30 years experience in property management. She previously taught property management at Langara College and has written curriculum for Sauder UBC. She currently tutors both residential and commercial property management business courses. Sharon is also an experienced dispute resolution practitioner, both as a mediator and arbitrator and she volunteers for Restorative Justice Cowichan.
Julie Yang, B.A (she/her)
Property Corporate Accountant
Julie has many years experience as a senior accountant in both rental and strata, including multi-residential. She speaks English/ Mandarin and is always willing to help our clientele. She likes hiking and swimming in her spare time.

Property Coordinator
Ronnie's expertise includes property coordination for rental properties. Prior to joining the Team, Ronnie worked in commodity trading and spent 2 years living in Asia. He speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin and is learning Vietnamese. In his free time, Ronnie enjoys golfing, cooking and reading.
Matteo Ferronato, B.A (he/his/him)
Rental Property Manager
Matteo is a licensed rental property manager. His primary responsibilities are showing rental properties and reviewing applications. Matteo uses his skills in public speaking to communicate effectively with tenants and address any questions or concerns they may have. His personal hobby is cooking and is often seen preparing meals for his family and friends.
Brian Kwong (he/his/him)
Rental Property Manager
Brian is a licensed rental property manager who joined our team in July of 2023. He previously worked closely with realtors for several years and has a strong marketing background. Brian's main role at Reside is leasing, with the objective of finding the best quality tenant for our valued homeowners. In his free time, Brian likes to get together with friends and taste different cuisines.

Aye Alarios is an accomplished administrative professional with many years of experience providing comprehensive support to various teams and executives. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Aye has played a pivotal role in streamlining administrative processes and ensuring efficient office operations. Outside of her professional endeavors, Aye enjoys cooking and baking. She also loves spending time walking with her beloved pets, finding tranquility in their companionship, whether exploring nature trails or strolling through the neighborhood.
